Corticosteroid injections are one of the most established treatments for managing flare-ups of knee pain caused by osteoarthritis, offering fast-acting relief from inflammation and discomfort.

How They Work

Corticosteroids are powerful anti-inflammatory medications, injected directly into the knee joint to reduce swelling and pain at the source.

 

Relief is often felt within a few days of the injection.
